Savage Craft Ale Works is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support our financial operations. This position plays a critical role in managing daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, assisting with payroll, tracking financial records, and ensuring compliance with brewery financial regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in accounting software, and eager to contribute to the financial success of a dynamic craft brewery.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, monitor payments, and maintain vendor relationships.Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing, track employee hours, and ensure timely wage payments.Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and P&L statements.Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).Compliance & Tax Support: Help with financial audits, tax filings, and ensuring adherence to local and federal regulations.Budget Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to track expenses and support budget planning.General Accounting Support: Work with department heads to ensure financial accuracy across brewery operations.
