Healthcare & Wellness Operations Support Program - Healthcare Support
The Healthcare & Wellness Operations Support SkillBridge program provides transitioning Service members with structured, hands-on exposure to multiple healthcare and wellness career pathways under one roof.Participants rotate through core operational areas including hyperbaric oxygen therapy operations, surgical workflow support (non-clinical), aesthetics practice operations, recovery coordination, and clinic administration. The program is designed for Service members interested in exploring civilian healthcare careers while developing transferable operational, leadership, and patient-facing skills.Training is delivered in person and adjusted based on program length, individual interests, and EAOS timelines. This opportunity emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and informed career decision-making rather than clinical licensure or procedural training.
SkillBridge participants will support daily healthcare and wellness operations through structured rotations aligned with an approved training plan. Responsibilities may include assisting with hyperbaric program operations, supporting non-clinical surgical and recovery workflows, coordinating patient flow and scheduling, supporting aesthetics and wellness operations, and assisting with administrative and business processes.Participants will not perform licensed clinical duties. All activities are supervised and designed to provide meaningful exposure to civilian healthcare systems, operational excellence, and multidisciplinary care environments.
Navy/USMC: HM, IDC, SO/SEAL, SWCC, ND (Navy Diver), Seabee Diver NECs (B17A, B16A, B18A), EOD, EN/DC/technical ratings Army: 68W, 68C, 68D, 68F, 68G, 68K, 68P, Army combat diver qualifications (00B) Air Force/Space Force: 1T2X1 (Pararescue), 1Z2X1 (Combat Control), 1Z4XX (Special Reconnaissance), 19ZXC (Combat Rescue), 4N0X1, 4N1X1, 4A0X1, 4A2X1 Coast Guard: HS (Health Services Technician), Coast Guard Diver (DV), AST (Aviation Survival Technician) This SkillBridge program is open to all MOS/ratings; above are preferred but not required.

This SkillBridge position is rotational and non-clinical in nature. Training is aligned with the Service member’s EAOS timeline and adjusted based on program duration and individual interests. No medical licensure is required. Participants will not perform licensed clinical duties.
