Senior Estimator
The objective of our program is to prepare the intern to perform Senior Estimator responsibilities with proficiency in bid intake and planning; construction document and scope review; quantity takeoff and cost development; conceptual and detailed estimating; material and subcontractor pricing; bid leveling and accuracy review; estimate quality control; workflow and process improvement; commercial and Federal estimating considerations; professional communication; and coordination of complete bid packages for large and complex projects.
Puente Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator for commercial and Federal markets. Under the direct supervision of the Vice President, the role prepares and coordinates full estimates for large and complex projects based on client plans and specifications, develops conceptual and total bid pricing, evaluates requests for estimates, manages the bid calendar, reviews estimates for completeness and accuracy, interprets construction documents and scopes of work, and obtains material and subcontractor pricing.
