S & R Truck Driving Institute (SRTDI) offers a 12-week SkillBridge opportunity focused on records management and compliance support. Participants receive practical training in file organization, documentation procedures, administrative compliance, records accuracy, and operational workflow support in a structured professional setting.
Participants assigned to the File & Records Compliance Assistant position will assist with records management and compliance operations. Responsibilities include organizing student and operational files, maintaining documentation accuracy, supporting records compliance procedures, scanning and filing documents, and assisting with administrative workflow processes. Participants will gain practical experience in compliance support, records management, confidentiality standards, and organizational operations.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Transitioning service members within approved separation timelines who meet participation, attendance, and professional conduct requirements.
No direct cost to participating service members. Training is provided through the DoD SkillBridge program and includes structured workforce development, professional mentorship, and hands-on civilian career training opportunities.
