Ross West View Emergency Medical Services Skillbridge
Ross/West View Emergency Medical Services Authority provides Ambulance and Advanced Rescue Services to 5 communities in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. SkillBridge participants will attend Emergency Medical Technician Training, Rescue Training, Emergency Vehicle Operations Training, National Incident Management Training and more. The goal would be to gain trained and motivated military service members into the Public Safety system.
On the job training, Ambulance Response, Rescue Response to Vehicle Crashes, Rope Rescue Emergencies, Confined Space Emergencies and a variety of medical emergencies.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Participants must have valid driver's license and be able to pass basic criminal history and child abuse clearances. Participants are also responsible for their own housing and travel
