REGENT Craft Cybersecurity & IT Associate
As the SkillBridge: Cybersecurity & IT Associate, you’ll support REGENT’s IT and cybersecurity operations as we scale across RI HQ, the DC office, remote employees, and our upcoming manufacturing facility.In this hands-on role, you’ll help deploy and maintain secure infrastructure, execute cybersecurity controls aligned to government frameworks (NIST 800-171, CMMC, ITAR), and contribute to reliable day-to-day IT support. You’ll also help strengthen identity and access management, improve vulnerability and patch management, and support incident response readiness.This is a high-impact opportunity to help protect the systems that keep REGENT moving fast, from everyday employee productivity to the technology that supports our production floor. Your work will directly improve security, reliability, and compliance as we scale from prototype to production and build a new transportation category.
In this role, you will support infrastructure scaling by helping deploy and manage secure networks, cloud services, and endpoints across various facilities. You will implement security controls aligned with frameworks like NIST 800-171, CMMC, and ITAR, manage user access and lifecycle, and maintain strict access controls. Additionally, you'll assist the IT helpdesk with troubleshooting, perform vulnerability scans, and participate in incident response drills. Support for manufacturing IT includes setting up systems on the production floor and segregating Operational Technology from the corporate network, all to ensure operational excellence, security, and productivity.
