Internship Recruiter Assistant
Redwood Strategy Group, a mission-focused consulting firm, offers a remote DoD SkillBridge internship for active-duty service members transitioning to civilian careers. This program provides hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and ATS usage. Interns will gain professional skills, mentorship, and resume-building experience aligned with HR roles.Eligibility: Active-duty service members within 180 days of separation, command approval required. No prior recruiting experience necessary.Benefits: Real-world recruiting experience, career development, and potential consideration for full-time employment (not guaranteed). • Source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens• Coordinate interviews and maintain recruiting pipelines• Support job postings and recruiting projects• Assist with recruiting events and outreach initiatives
