Project Management
The Project/Program Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of technical engineering projects within a fast-paced R&D environment. This role involves coordinating across multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. The position requires strong communication skills to interface with engineers, leadership, and external stakeholders. Participants will gain experience in risk management, documentation, and project lifecycle oversight. Training is primarily on-the-job and adapts to real-world project demands.
