Red Canary - Job Training Program

Red Canary is excited to be part of assisting our Nation's Military personnel in transitioning from Active Duty to Civilian life. Red Canary's goal is to provide both the general skills (e.g, resume support, interviewing, peer interaction), and specialized skills (e.g., cyber security operations, analysis, engineering) that are required to be successful after separation. We also hope to create a pipeline of job opportunities to expand to our growing Veteran employee base. Red Canary believes that training the SkillBridge Candidates on how to GET the job is just as important as how to DO the job. During the Candidate's time with Red Canary, they will be assigned a SkillBridge Mentor. This mentor will be selected from our pool for Canary Veteran, and will be responsible for the following: Serving as the Candidate's guide through the Red Canary Program. Serving as a sounding board for career goals. Support both internal Red Canary and external job searches. Sharing their civilian transition experience, as appropriate. Setting up mock interviews. Supporting or coordinating resume review assistance. While there are many military occupational skills that would translate well into supporting Red Canary, our initial SkillBridge Program offering will focus on what we do best - Cyber Security. We have developed a program that will expose the candidates to a variety of Technology and Security skill sets used here at Red Canary and throughout the Industry.
Cyber Incident Handling, Cyber Threat Detection, Cyber Threat Intelligence. Our program will continue to expand to include additional jobs.
Cyber Security, IT Security
At this time, our Program is only designed for candidates that have current Cyber/IT Security operational experience
