Responsibilities include field coordination, project planning and scheduling, cost and risk management, interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating mechanical and electrical installations, and resolving execution issues in the field. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can bring teams together, drive accountability, and successfully execute technically complex projects in advanced manufacturing and industrial environments.

Target MOCs: Army 12A – Engineer Officer; Air Force 32E – Civil Engineer Officer; Marine Corps 1302 – Combat Engineer Officer; Navy 5100/510X – Civil Engineer Corps Officer.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related technical field required.Experience in industrial construction, project execution, operations, engineering, maintenance, or related technical environments.Experience managing industrial construction, facility modernization, capital projects, or equipment installation.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, equipment layouts, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, JHAs, LOTO, and construction-site safety practices.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, costs, risks, quality, labor, and delivery performance.Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors, fabrication teams, customers, and skilled trades, including millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, and welders.Strong project planning, field execution, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and customers.Experience in manufacturing, defense/DIB, capital equipment, or complex industrial environments preferred.Military leadership or experience in construction, engineering, logistics, maintenance, operations, or project/program management is transferable and valued.
