You'll build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted day-to-day resource, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution. You'll guide client approvals, present solutions with confidence, and lead internal kick-off meetings that align client goals with agency creativity.You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to keep work on track and delivered at a high standard. Working across departments, you'll help develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives while coordinating with media partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of final assets.You'll also partner with Department Heads and Client Success teams on project estimates and monthly billing, monitor budgets, identify potential issues early, and track project hours to support efficient, profitable work.
