Program summary

Serve as the Army ISR TF Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Office of Strategic Advantage with Department of Defense innovation and modernization organizations. Conduct research and provide analysis to extend funding and technology partnerships across the Services, Secretariat, Joint, and OSD. Manage non-traditional modernization efforts in support of the Army Intelligence Security Enterprise (AISE). Manage and inform stakeholders and teammates outside of the HQDA G2 including Army Futures Command, Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER), Accelerate the Procurement and Fielding of Innovative Technologies (APFIT), Office of Strategic Capital, and Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTDs). Constantly assess current sensor capabilities to validate major sensing challenges and gaps, coordinate and oversee requirements for the modernization of the AISE focused on targeted investments in the advancing deep sensing technologies and exploring disruptive technologies to “Fight Tonight”. Quickly assimilate vast amounts of data and produce written and oral products and assessments informed by doctrine and policy to increase situational understanding and enhance decision making of Senior leaders. Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the modernization of Army Multidomain Intelligence. In conjunction with the Office of Strategic Advantage Branch Chief support success of the Strategic Business Element, Operations Branch, Technology Acceleration Branch, Experiments and Wargames Branch, and Combat System Division Branch. Perform other duties as required to build the most responsive and lethal Intelligence and Security Enterprise in the world.

Responsible for integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders and teammates outside of the HQDA G2 including Army Futures Command, Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER), Accelerate the Procurement and Fielding of Innovative Technologies (APFIT), Office of Strategic Capital, and Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTDs). Constantly assess current sensor capabilities to validate major sensing challenges and gaps, coordinate and oversee requirements for the modernization of the AISE.
