Carpenter
The Carpenter Apprentice assists with residential construction and remodeling tasks while developing hands-on carpentry skills. This role focuses on supporting the team, maintaining job site safety and quality standards, and progressing toward becoming a skilled carpenter through on-the-job training.
The Carpenter Apprentice supports the lead carpenter and project team in all phases of residential construction and remodeling. This position is responsible for assisting with framing, trim work, drywall, cabinetry installation, demolition, and general job site tasks while developing hands-on skills in carpentry and construction.The apprentice maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows instructions and project plans, handles materials and tools properly, and upholds company standards for quality and professionalism. This role is intended as a developmental position with the goal of progressing into a skilled carpenter through on-the-job training and experience.
