HR Training and Development - Animal Production Manager
Hands-on agricultural training program with Phillips Ag focused on swine production. Participants gain real-world experience in animal care, farm operations, and modern agricultural technology.
Service members will learn and assist with daily sow farm operations, including animal health checks, breeding, farrowing, and piglet care. Training also includes exposure to grain production and farm management practices such as equipment operation, recordkeeping, and biosecurity. The goal is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed for careers in agriculture, livestock management, or agribusiness following military service.
