As a Marine Construction Laborer at Pepperrell Cove Marine Services (PCMS), your role isessential in supporting the team to successfully build, repair, and maintain marine structures.Your responsibilities include assisting in a variety of tasks—ranging from operating tools andequipment to helping with setup and cleanup on site. Your work directly contributes to thequality and efficiency of our projects and the safety of our operations.

Roles & job description

Responsibilities• Assist in constructing and repairing docks, seawalls, and other marine infrastructure, ensuringthat tasks are completed safely and effectively. Physical strength and stamina to perform theduties of the job.• Operate and care for tools, including hand and power tools, as well as assist with smallequipment when necessary. Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring efficientmovement and organization of supplies.• Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols, especially in potentially hazardousmarine environments. Keep job sites clean and organized, and maintain equipment tominimize downtime and enhance safety.• Support dive operations as directed, ensuring divers have the necessary equipment andassistance on-site.• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willing to work outside in the elements
