Program summary

We provide an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience at Penn Entertainment through specific industry training and real-world job experiences. This is our turn to give back and set service members up for success in the civilian world, by supporting fulfilling, lasting careers. To that end, we challenge our team members to be their best and empower future leaders.

Roles & job description

Through our real-world employment training programs, we offer real-world, hands-on experiences in leading industries such as: Food and Beverage, Human Resources, Casino Operations, Housekeeping and Environmental Services (EVS), Information Technology & Engineering, Marketing & Entertainment, Accounting & Finance, Hotel Operations, Sales & Retail, Procurement & Warehouse, Security, Surveillance & Medical Technician (EMT).

Eligibility notes

Must be at least 21 Comfortable commuting to work location Comfortable working at physical locations Curious, collaborative, driven and enthusiastic
