Participate in career coaching designed to support the transition from military service into the civilian workforce.Engage in a structured 12-week learning program on how to be a Client Success Manager, including elements of accounting, compliance, and client support.Complete extensive product knowledge training, shadowing with experienced Client Success Managers, on-the-job training, and continuous learning modules.Complete assessments throughout the internship to measure progress.Successful completion of the program results in a Certificate of Completion.

Bachelor’s degree or Higher
Preferred qualifications Project and/or process management certificationsSHRM-CPLean Six Sigma White or Green BeltPrior leadership roles with demonstrated experiences in organizing people to reach a goal
