Resort Operations Manager
The goal of our program is to ensure participants have the ability to oversee daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, amenities, and guest services, supervise and support department leads and frontline staff, ensure consistent guest experience and resolve escalated issues, assist with staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training, monitor operational standards, safety, and cleanliness, support budgeting, expense control, and operational reporting, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and assist with special projects, events, and seasonal operations.
The Resort Operations Manager oversees daily operations at assigned RV resort properties, ensuring efficient operations, strong team coordination, and an exceptional guest experience. This role supports the General Manager and ownership by coordinating cross-departmental functions and maintaining operational standards.
