OWT Global LLC - Job Training Program

OWT Global is seeking SkillBridge candidates that have an interest or desire to work within the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations (C-UAS), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UxS), Air Domain Awareness & Defense (ADAD), or Team Awareness Kit (TAK) fields as an Operations Specialist.

• Operations Specialist: You will learn about planning and execution of C-UAS, UxS, ADAD and/or TAK operations and maintenance of required systems. Duties may include development and implementation of procedure to handle government contracts, participating in research and analysis of emerging technologies and tactics in the field, supporting the coordination of activities with government agencies or other stakeholders, assist in the preparations of reports and presentations, support the development of training programs, assist with operational effectiveness and identification of areas for improvement, and provide support for logistical and administrative task related to day-to-day operations.• OWT offers a C-UAS training program at Duette Testing and Training Facility (DTTF) that will help develop a SkillBridge candidate as a C-UAS instructor. Class students range from Active Duty, Reserves and/or National Guard members as well as many civilian agencies. You will assist OWT instructors on the development and presentation of educational material, operational training setup and teardown, live flight operations, and the development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures. During this program, you will learn to fly an assortment of various Group 1-3 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. A FAA Class II Physical and FAA Part 107 will be required to assist/participate in live flight operations and testing of the C-UAS software.

Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.

DOD Secret clearance or higher, or the ability to attain and hold one preferred.
