Orkin: Pest Control Service Technician
Pest control service technicians protect households, businesses and public health from diseases and destruction by controlling pests that threaten humans, the food supply, and the structural safety of homes and businesses by using a variety of treatment options.
On-the-job training will be delivered by a licensed pest control professional with experience and expertise in all technical aspects of the pest control service technician role. Additional trainers with company operations and management experience may provide training in non-technical topic areas of the program.SkillBridge participant proficiency will be evaluated with the goal of achieving a ‘proficient’ rating in all training topic areas to successfully complete the program and secure employment.Participants earn credit hours toward state licensure requirements
