Provide technical, analytical, and procedural support to OPTEVFOR Operational Test Directors (OTDs) in support of in the scheduling and management of fleet resources (ships, submarines, airplanes, T&E ranges, targets, contracted air services and EW Pods) in support of Operational Test (OT) for Navy and multi-service acquisition and non-acquisition programs in the Atlantic Fleet area of responsibility (AOR). Provide technical, analytical, and procedural support to Chief of Naval Operations N92 and Program Test Directors in the scheduling and management of fleet resources in support of Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT) for Navy and multi-service acquisition and non-acquisition programs in the Atlantic Fleet AOR. Investigates feasibility and scheduling fleet resources for emergent fleet service requests for DT and OT testing in the Atlantic Fleet AOR.
