Business Development - Business Development Internship
REMOTE POSITION: The intern will be trained in investment research, business development, and investor relations.The training will focus on utilizing LinkedIn as a professional tool, sourcing and analyzing environmental startups, affordable housing projects,and potential investors, and conducting direct outreach for business opportunities.
Interns will learn:- How to set up and optimize a LinkedIn profile for professional networking and job searches.- How to create and tailor a resume to different business and investment opportunities.- LinkedIn outreach strategies for networking with investors, entrepreneurs, and real estate developers.- Methods for identifying business opportunities using search techniques, online databases, and industry trends.- How to evaluate potential investment opportunities in the environmental and affordable housing sectors.

Upon completion, interns will be able to:- Professionally set up and optimize their LinkedIn profile for business networking.- Develop a compelling and tailored resume for finance, real estate, or venture capital roles.- Use LinkedIn search and direct outreach to find investors, startups, and business opportunities.- Conduct market research to identify investment-worthy startups and projects.- Understand investment evaluation techniques to assess potential deals.- Gain real-world networking and business development skills applicable to finance and private equity.
