JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning and scheduling production at the Salisbury facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Schedules all production lines within their responsibility to meet business demand.• Orders all product related raw materials to be used in production.• Updates MES to ensure it has an accurate schedule.• Issues batch sheets to be used in production.• Consults with regional supply chain to ensure accurate modeling and forecasting.• Purchase raw materials for scheduled production.• Assign package information for finished goods.• Coordinate product packaging.• Issues STOs for transfer of product from Salisbury to third party warehousing.• Finished product inventory will be controlled through the monitoring of inventory levels and maintenance of proper inventory levels.• Coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials, NPR items.• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.• Participate in HSES activities directed by management/supervision or as indicated in the HSES Annual Site Plan.• Communicate production outputs and any delays with customer service and planning function• Inputs relevant data for production schedule adherence tool and communicates issues to Operations Manager and relevant site staff.• Reviews relevant MRP data as assigned by corporate planning group.• Participate in supply chain planning activities.• Team members should operate under any applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) when performing functions within their role.

• Experience in the chemical industry and/or manufacturing environment preferred.• Experience with SAP.• High School education required.
