The Baptist Ministry Training Center is thrilled to offer the Foundations for Church Ministry program through SkillBridge. This immersive program introduces interns to the many facets of local church ministry, including pastoral support, administration, Christian education, outreach, finance, communications, facilities, and event coordination. Through a combination of practical instruction, mentorship, and hands-on experience, interns will not merely learn how ministry operates—they will actively participate in the daily work of serving the church and its community. The program is designed to develop practical skills, strengthen leadership skills, and provide a strong foundation for a lifetime of meaningful service in ministry.
