They serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, contractors, dealers, community partners, and the corporate team.Conduct regular exterior home and lot inspections, enforcing community rules to ensure high aesthetic standards.Manage home sales and leasing of new and pre-owned homes.Oversee marketing strategies and advertising plans.Collect rent and maintain company delinquency standards.Drive occupancy and maximize revenue through leasing.Resolve resident concerns in a professional and timely manner.Provide leadership and direction to on-site staff.Recruit, train, and manage team members.
