Maintenance Technician - Job Training Program or Employment Skills Training Program
Provide a comprehensive, hands-on experience in maintaining brewery equipment and facilities. Develop skills in troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and brewery-specific systems. Familiarize interns with safety standards, brewery operations, and industry best practices. Prepare service members for full-time employment as brewery maintenance technicians. Brewery-specific mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Preventive and predictive maintenance. Reading and interpreting P&IDs, manuals, and schematics. Compliance with OSHA, FDA, and brewery safety standards. Communication and teamwork in a production environment.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, removal, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance of manufacturing production and facilities equipment. Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Maintenance, this role provides brewery-wide technical and diagnostic expertise.
Ability to work in a production environment with heat, cold, humidity, and noise exposure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
