MT & Associates (MT&A) is a woman-owned provider of sign language interpreting, accessibility, and communication access services supporting government, commercial, and community clients nationwide. We are seeking a fully remote SkillBridge Business Development, Proposals & Contracts Coordinator to support federal contracting, business development, proposal management, compliance, and contract administration activities.This role provides hands-on experience supporting opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal development, contract administration, compliance management, and business growth initiatives within a growing government contractor. Participants will gain practical experience working with federal acquisition processes, proposal development, government contracting systems, business operations, and strategic growth efforts.
The Business Development, Proposals & Contracts Coordinator supports MT&A's growth and contract execution efforts by assisting with opportunity identification, proposal development, contract administration, compliance tracking, and business development initiatives.Key responsibilities may include:• Researching and evaluating federal, state, and commercial contracting opportunities• Supporting proposal development, compliance reviews, and submission activities• Developing and maintaining capability statements, past performance narratives, resumes, compliance matrices, and proposal content libraries• Tracking proposal milestones, deliverables, modifications, and contractual deadlines• Maintaining document control, version management, and internal review workflows• Supporting contract administration activities, including invoicing support, reporting, and subcontractor or teaming partner coordination• Assisting with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation• Conducting market research using government contracting platforms and databases• Supporting business development, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives• Maintaining website content and ensuring marketing materials align with company capabilities and growth objectives• Assisting with process improvement and operational efficiency projectsThis position requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Current service member approved for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program• Prior experience supporting government contracting, acquisitions, proposals, contract administration, logistics, program management, or related military staff functions preferred• Strong business writing, editing, and documentation skills• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and track requirements from initiation through completion• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment• Reliable high-speed internet access and a private remote workspace• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred• Familiarity with GovWin, FPDS, USASpending.gov, SAM.gov, or other government procurement systems is preferred• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is strongly preferred• Experience with proposal development, compliance reviews, capture management, technical writing, or government contracting processes is highly desirableTo apply, please email your resume to om@mtapractice.com and operations@mtapractice.com.
