MT & Associates (MT&A) is a growing, woman-owned sign language and accessibility solutions firm. We work with government agencies, universities, corporations, conferences, events, and private organizations to make communication accessible. • Research government and commercial opportunities, review solicitations, support proposals and compliance materials, conduct client outreach, and maintain the business development pipeline.•Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through, with experience in government contracting, federal acquisition, proposals, contract administration, business development, sales, or client relationship management.

• Current service member approved for DoD SkillBridge.• Relevant experience in government contracting, acquisitions, proposals, program management, logistics, or related military functions preferred.• Strong writing, organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and government procurement systems preferred.• Able to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a private workspace.• FAR knowledge and experience with proposals, compliance, capture management, or technical writing are highly desirable.To apply, please email your resume to om@mtapractice.com and operations@mtapractice.com.
