Moth+Flame's SkillBridge program tailors its internship to the skillset and growth desires of individual applicants. Anything from DevSecOps to Program Management or Back-End Engineering to Customer Service Management, Moth+Flame is committed to taking applicants and preparing them to move into the private sector as a full-time employee in their target field of employment.

Moth+Flame will interview potential applicants in order to ensure proper culture fit so we can ensure candidates remain engaged and fulfilled at the company long term as we look to hire members post internship.
