Operations - Job Training Program
Quick lane along with bay specific repair training. Working in tandem with the maintenance lead and/or maintenance manager week, the process training will go into depth of daily tasks to include inventory management, asset availability, road safety and professionalism with professional drivers’ interaction. This will give the intern a broad familiarity into career progression and promotion within the company as well. This training will go beyond just one mechanic. Instead, it will entail coordination at the beginning of the day with each of the team members (mechanics) in order to get their plans for the day and correct any of the planning details if needed as for priorities. Again, with extensive supervision and direction.
