Mobilize - Customer Support Internship Program - Internship
We are always looking for enthusiastic and proactive Interns to learn and grow with our team. If you have a passion for people, numbers, and systems, then you are a great fit! Your daily work will include analytics, data gathering, tracking key systems and processes, automating workflows, collaborating with various functions across the organization, and informing leadership of key findings and recommendations. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should be self-motivated, independent, and highly organized. The successful candidate will also have some knowledge of business analytics, key performance indicators, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
In this position, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting customers using the VISION and Mission Cultivate platforms. The intern will learn how to manage customer relationships, provide front-line support, assist with onboarding new users, and capture feedback that informs product improvements. Duties include responding to user inquiries through helpdesk systems and email, documenting customer issues and resolutions, assisting with user training sessions and demos, and contributing to the development of customer-facing guides and resources.
Mobilize Vision is headquartered in the Denver area. This remote opportunity is open to applicants located anywhere in the United States. Business and training hours are based on Mountain Time.
