Real Estate Development/Brokerage/Management Intern: MNC Development, Inc. is currently soliciting intern talent for its’ three business segments. MNC Development, Inc. is a full-service real estate developer, real estate broker and real estate manager offering services to domestic and international clients.We are inviting select service members to participate in internships where they will earn hands-on work experience and an opportunity to apply those findings in real estate. Internships include relevant work in the field of study and mentorship by experienced professionals. All backgrounds are welcome to apply however, emphasis will be placed on service members who have meaningful experience in one or more of the following areas: Architecture, Interior/Exterior Design, Civil Engineering, Business (i.e. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Development-Sales etc.), Construction Management, Technology & Project Management. MC Development, Inc. wants to grow its’ talent base with bright, enthusiastic, self- motivated people. You will be able to take this invaluable experience wherever you decide to go in life, whether it is to a major corporation, a non-profit organization, your own business or maybe even MNC Development, Inc. (i.e. Licensed sales agents, Acquisition Specialists (no license required) etc.)
Duties + responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:> -Research residential/commercial real estate.>- Determine property values, prepare risk analyses, prepare repair estimates etc..> -Locate ownership of target properties.> -Cold call owners/sellers to determine interest.> -Setup appointments.>-Assist with LOIs (Letters Of Intent), engagement agreements etc.>-Assist where needed in the entire development/brokerage and/or management process. Work Schedule: Flexible.
