Entry-Level Sales Professional - Six Figure Career Path
This position is intended for applicants primarily interested in sales management, and sales process development. The selected candidate will be subject to a probationary period of 90 days. During this time, they will be required to obtain Hawaii property, casualty, life, and health insurance licenses. After successful completion of the probationary period, the team member will be eligible for a full-time schedule and benefits. In addition to the base compensation for the position, the team member will also become eligible for a generous commission plan after completing the 90-day probationary period.
This role requires versatility and adaptability. The position requires consistent development of insurance and financial services industries knowledge, agency operation skillset, and State Farm systems. The position primarily focuses on creating new business relationships with families and small businesses within the local community. This position will be the key person to acquiring new personal insurance and commercial insurance accounts and will utilize a proactive approach to creating opportunities to expand the scope of the office in both personal lines and commercial lines.
