The Human Resources Coordinator will work alongside other TA Coordinators to provide administrative support across the TA Operations and HR business partnership function in the Human Resources Department.• Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition team administratively, inclusive of processing of all employee actions, beginning with hiring and onboarding through the off boarding process.• Coordinate processing of entries through submission of personnel action forms to Workforce Service Center.• Coordinate candidate interviews and assist in scheduling with groups and departments.• Assist with pre- and post-employment transactions including onboarding documentation.• Participate in New Employee Orientation on a rotational basis facilitating presentation materials to new employees.• Monitor HR recruiting email and phone line.• Provide office coverage at a minimum of two days per week to greet employees and assist with questions as needed.Minimum Qualifications:• A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience supporting operational activities within a Human Resources department.• Familiarity with automated resume tracking systems and HR software.• Excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
