Program summary

The Military Hiring Accelerator SkillBridge Program gives Active-Duty military members who will soon transition into civilian life a chance to gain valuable work experience through specific industry training and development. Training will consist of onboarding and understanding MHA Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals. Each week interns will receive one hour of instruction on Talent Recruitment and Acquisition; Applicant Tracking System; Boolean Searches; Candidate onboarding; Payroll and Bill pay; Building Distribution lists; Standardize Job Description and Repository; and both learning how to (and hands on) building a Scout Program.

Roles & job description

Ultimately, we are looking for transitioning service members to join our team after completion of the program in numerous job categories.
