An experienced mid to senior level Business Analyst to support a critical software development project at MicroHealth, LLC. Key responsibilities include supporting customer and end-user requirements gathering and analysis, tracking requirements through agile backlog grooming and requirements traceability processes, and assisting the Program Manager with project tracking and monitoring. The analyst will manage document lifecycle from draft creation through approval process, including required updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate process documentation while supporting agile development methodologies and best practices. This role focuses on comprehensive documentation, requirements management, and project support activities. Work includes documentation and maintenance of detailed procedures and team collaboration processes while creating comprehensive documentation covering the complete software development lifecycle.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of business analysis experience, strong understanding of software development lifecycle, experience with agile methodologies and backlog management, excellent documentation and technical writing skills, proficiency in requirements traceability and management tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, military background with relevant technical experience, experience with security documentation and compliance requirements, and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
