The Community and Engagement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in growing and nurturing MGM Runs’ community. This person will lead initiatives to engage members, foster connections, and amplify the organization’s mission through strategic outreach and dynamic programming. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives and build a supportive network of runners, volunteers, and supporters.Job SummaryThe Community and Engagement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in growing and nurturing MGM Runs’ community. This person will lead initiatives to engage members, foster connections, and amplify the organization’s mission through strategic outreach and dynamic programming. The ideal candidate is a passionate, community-driven professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.Develop and implement strategies to grow MGM Runs’ membership base.Organize community-building activities, such as meet-ups, workshops, and group runs.Actively engage with members across social media, email, and in-person events to foster a sense of belonging.Program CoordinationPlan, coordinate, and execute community events, including runs, fundraisers, and wellness initiatives.Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, permits, and vendor coordination.Collaborate with the Programs Team to develop new initiatives that align with the organization’s mission.Assist in drafting grant proposals, sponsorship materials, and impact reports.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Hybrid with one day per week in office.
