Metro Liquidators LLC is seeking a hands-on and experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing wholesale business in Jacksonville, FL. In this key role, you will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate loading and unloading of trucks, manage inventory purchasing and stock levels, and oversee both e-commerce platforms and wholesale accounts. Position SummaryMetro Liquidators LLC is seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our wholesale business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, team supervision, inventory flow, and both wholesale and e-commerce sales channels to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day warehouse and operational activitiesSupervise, train, and manage warehouse staff and loaders/unloadersCoordinate loading and unloading of trucks and containersManage inbound and outbound inventory processesHandle inventory purchasing, receiving, and stock organizationMonitor and maintain accurate inventory levelsManage and optimize e-commerce accounts (including listing, pricing, and fulfillment)Oversee wholesale accounts, customer relationships, and order fulfillmentEnsure workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization standards are metImplement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costsTrack key operational metrics and report performance to ownershipAssist with problem-solving and troubleshooting operational issues as they ariseSupport general manager with special projects and business growth initiativesRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in operations management, warehouse management, or similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with inventory management and purchasingFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and wholesale sales channelsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, physical environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lift and move heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) when neededReliable transportation and flexible schedule (including some weekends)Proficient with basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets)Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in retail or wholesale industryKnowledge of shipping and logistics processesExperience managing e-commerce listings (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
