Merging Vets and Players (MVP) offers an immersive SkillBridge internship for transitioning service members passionate about leadership, community building, and mission-driven work. This opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting MVP’s local chapters and national operations while developing transferable skills in program management, nonprofit operations, and community engagement.Participants will work directly with MVP leadership and Program Managers to help deliver impactful programming that supports veterans and former professional athletes as they transition to their next chapter.

Roles & job description

The Community Program and Operations Specialist plays a critical role in executing MVP’s mission by supporting the delivery, coordination, and operational excellence of local chapters and national programming. This individual ensures consistent, high-quality program experiences for veteran and former professional-athlete members while strengthening the infrastructure supporting MVP’s growth.This role bridges program execution and operational support, helping MVP scale its impact while maintaining the integrity of its community-based model.
