SkillBridge participants will learn the inner workings of Management Consulting, with a deep focus on Program and Project Management. They will also be considered for assignment to select clients, supporting active projects either virtually or at the client site. Projects are primarily corporate in nature, commonly in Information Technology (i.e., application and system integration; ERP; data management); Human Resources; Manufacturing Operations; Finance; and Process Improvement. Participants who have worked in full lifecycle project delivery, and/or are interested in a career in consulting and Project Management are encouraged to apply. Those who have received or are pursuing a PM certification are also highly encouraged (i.e., PMP, CSM, PgMP, PfMP). Job offers at the end of the program are contingent upon client opportunities/demand.
Project Management (PMP-based practices); Agile and Scrum management; project coordination; business analysis; business case writing (requirements gathering)
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Formal experience in Project or Program Management.
