You will work closely with other production team members and leaders to successfully execute assigned work orders.
Perform repairs on various roofing materials, ensuring quality work.Replace damaged shingles, tiles, and flashing to restore integrity.Apply Ugly Roof to prevent leaks and extend roof lifespan.Ensure OSHA-compliant job site safety and proper equipment use.Communicate repair needs, provide updates, and maintain professionalism with customers.Maintain clean, organized work areas per company standards.Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold MAVEN's high-quality reputation.
