Masswell Capital Advisors - Industry Training Program
The Business Broker Trainee will participate in a structured industry training program designed to provide hands-on exposure to business brokering and strategic advisory services. This program offers professional development in business valuation, market research, transaction processes, and client engagement within a supervised, non-employment setting. The training is intended to prepare the participant for potential future careers in business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, or related advisory roles.
The Business Broker Trainee will receive guided instruction and experiential learning in core aspects of business brokerage and strategic advisory services. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, the trainee will learn and assist with: • Fundamentals of business valuation and financial analysis • Market and industry research to support deal sourcing activities • Preparation of marketing and informational materials for business transactions • Supporting buyer and seller engagement activities • Assisting with financial, operational, and qualitative analysis • Observing and supporting due diligence processes • Gaining exposure to transaction structuring and deal negotiationsThis position is part of a training and professional development program and does not constitute employment. This training program is conducted in a professional business environment under the supervision of experienced advisors. The program is designed to provide hands-on learning and career exposure in business brokerage and strategic advisory services. Training activities may be adjusted based on the participant’s background, experience, and learning objectives. No fees are charged to the Service Member.
