The Air Instrument Technician is responsible for performing moderate to complex technical work in the testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of air quality monitoring instrumentation and related equipment.

Roles & job description

Maricopa County is seeking a Skillbridge Participant to join our Air Quality Department to learn the complex technical work required in the practice of testing, installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing air quality monitoring instrumentation and related equipment. The participant will experience working in the lab and in the field, and they will receive a completion certificate for modules completed in the EPA Air Knowledge Program.

Additional notes

The position will support the Maricopa County Air Quality Department, located at 301 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.
