Malibu is the world’s leading towboat manufacturer and now looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join their Product Development Engineering team. This position will perform electrical engineering duties to support both New Product Engineering and Product Development in the continuous improvement of the Malibu product.
The Electrical Systems Engineer SkillBridge position provides structured training and hands‑on experience supporting marine electrical systems design and development.During the program, the participant will complete an initial phase of structured technical training followed by supervised on‑the‑job training with the Product Development Engineering team. Training will focus on electrical schematics, wiring harness documentation, CAD tools, operating systems, CAN‑enabled devices, testing and validation processes, and cross‑functional engineering collaboration.The intent of this SkillBridge opportunity is preparation for full‑time employment upon successful completion of the program.
