Property Manager Job Description:• Responsible for new tenant screening and showings• Responsible for rental underwriting and assessing rental amounts• Responsible for further building and maintaining current property management system• Responsible for conducting on-site property inspections• Responsible for various administrative tasks that involve accurately completing forms,maintaining compliance, facilitating tenant and vendor follow-ups, and coordinating renewals• Responsible for listing properties for rent and other marketing tasks• Responsible for measuring and analyzing various KPIs involved in the rental business• Responsible for coordinating and communicating with management and peers on a daily basis• Responsible for setting expectations and delegating work responsibilities to the mostappropriate colleague based on their skillsets and schedules, as well as the subsequent oversightof delegated responsibilities
