Senior Business Development Manager
The fellow completes a structured curriculum with Long Wave leaders and SMEs, progressing from company and market orientation through opportunity qualification, customer/partner strategy, capture, proposals, pricing awareness, technical/site learning, and supervised pursuit leadership. The program concludes with an executive market-strategy capstone.
This education-focused program prepares an experienced transitioning service member to perform as a Senior Business Development Manager in Long Wave's federal market. The participant learns to establish strategic growth initiatives; cultivate senior government and partner relationships; assess customer plans and requirements; develop account, capture, teaming, and go-to-market strategies; coordinate across proposal, program, technical, estimating, and executive teams; and communicate pipeline health and pursuit recommendations to senior leadership.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Ability to attain and hold a DoD clearance.
