Business Development
This Business Development Manager SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience in commercial business development within an industrial service environment. The program is designed to translate military leadership, planning, and execution skills into private-sector sales and business development capabilities.
By the end of the SkillBridge program, participants will be equipped to develop and implement a well-structured business development strategy. They will have gained the skills to identify and pursue new opportunities with commercial customers and will be able to effectively communicate value propositions tailored to industrial and commercial clients. Participants will also develop an understanding of pricing strategies, margin structures, and the economics of service delivery. Upon completion, they should be able to operate independently in an entry-level Business Development Manager role.
