The Liona Enterprises Skillbridge Internship offers transitioning service members a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in a civilian professional environment. This full-time program spans several months, allowing participants to immerse themselves in all aspects of Liona Enterprises' operations. Interns will rotate through key business areas such as Sales, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, and Management, acquiring valuable skills and industry insights. Additionally, they will become proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and the Q360 platform. Trainees will participate in real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and receive mentorship to enhance their transition readiness. Upon successful completion, interns will emerge well-equipped for a career in the technology and management consulting sectors, reflecting Liona Enterprises' commitment to fostering workforce development and supporting service members' career transitions.

(Headquarters and/or Virtual)Duration: January 15, 2026 – June 1, 2026Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per dayOverview:The Liona Enterprises Skillbridge Internship Program offers transitioning service members an invaluable opportunity to experience civilian employment in the fields of technology and management consulting. Interns will engage in a structured learning and work-based training program designed to cultivate competency across key business functions, preparing participants for a seamless transition to civilian careers.Key Responsibilities:Participate in rotational training across Liona’s core business units, including Sales, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, and Management.Gain practical experience and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, CoPilot, OneDrive) and Q360 workflow automation tools.Contribute to real-world projects and business initiatives, engaging actively with cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges.Receive mentorship from senior professionals to enhance professional development and career readiness.Complete a Capstone Project demonstrating integrated knowledge and readiness for transition to a civilian professional role.Attend training sessions, job shadowing activities, and provide feedback on the learning experience.Maintain a high standard of professionalism, adaptability, and initiative throughout the program.Qualifications:Currently serving in the U.S. military, with availability to participate in the Skillbridge program.Strong interest in technology, operations, management consulting, and business functions.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and work collaboratively in a team setting.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency or familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications is preferred.Benefits:No-cost training under the DOD Skillbridge initiative.Hands-on experience in a leading technology and management consulting firm.Dedicated mentorship and career transition support.Opportunity to develop a competitive edge in business operations and technology applications.Points of Contact:Patty Hellmann, HR / Program AdministratorCarl Densford, Director of Operations
