Lee Company's Career SkillBridge program seeks to provide meaningful training and possible post-service employment to Veterans. At Lee Company we don't just talk about our commitment to the Veteran community - we live it. The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is based on a number of criteria, ranging from veteran hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and training assistance programs. Come train and work with us in a variety of skilled trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, welding, pipefitting - from homes to high-rises - we either service it, build it, or both... all we need is you!
