VetConnect - SkillBridge Internship Program
• Candidates for this and every DOD Skillbridge opportunity with Leaf Home can intern from 60 – 180 days.• Candidates must be able at least 11-months away from separation of service.• If you are a military spouse and registered with the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot (MSCAP) program, you can start immediately.• During and before internship is complete, the assigned supervisor will evaluate the candidate’s performance and potential to be hired upon completion of internship.
As a Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution—overseeing everything from materials management to on-site coordination, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. You’ll have the backing of a company that provides weekly pay, a company vehicle, and top-tier benefits. Lead and supervise the on-site installation process – ensuring quality work and safety standards are met Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process. Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations. Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation.
